Our feet certainly take a beating. Not only are they responsible for bearing
all of our weight for upwards of 10,000 steps a day, but they often do so in ill-fitting or too-tight shoes. Even after our feet do their job transporting us to where we need to go, they’re expected to look pretty.
A perfect pedicure at home:
* First, remove all nail polish with a gentle nail polish remover
and use a glass file to gently shape the nails.
* Soak your feet for at least 10 minutes to soften the skin before using a scrub.
* Apply a rich moisturizer to the feet and calves, then use a cuticle-softening
product and push them back—no cutting!
* Finally, wipe off any excess product with nail polish remover and paint
your nails with your favorite color.
