Basics for a Detox

January is a great month to do a detox. After all the celebrating times, its now time to begin the year, strong, focused and healthy! Just follow the basics for at least4 weeks and detoxification is slowly starting. This is a perfect way to get rid of the toxines in your body without following an intense program.
