Cheap Health Insurance Some tips for small businesses

Make a list of what you need in a minimum health insurance policy. One health insurance policy can never fit all your employees health care needs. Are you just looking for basic health care coverage in case of emergencies? Are you looking to make it more flexible for different needs? Determine exactly what is important for your situation.

Contact some reputable firms for a guide of what is on offer, and what kind of prices are available, you can either do this on youre own, or through a third party.

Ask your own personal GP! Strange as it sounds some GPs work for both Private and Public sectors, and are therefore experienced at both ups and downs of both systems, allowing you to cherrypick which ones might suit your situation. Your doctor might also be in a position to recommend companies/plans.

Ask/research Health Insurance Plans of other companies. Try both competitors and firms from other sectors. Compare the policies of large, medium and small companies, see which parts work best for which situation.

Contact 2 or 3 of your preferred choices directly. Be up front, tell them your situation and ask about the policies they offer. Tell them the policy you are looking for and ask them if they have any alternatives available.

Consider a joint overall Health Insurance scheme with one or two of your trusted business partners. as some Health Insurance companies offer better deals depending on the number of members of the scheme, this is to the benefit of everyone involved.
